Expected carbon removal of 190,721 tCO2e over 30 years
With a vision of combining Climate Action and Community Development, Norteak Group stands as a leader in sustainable forestry. Operating across 16 plantations and managing a total of 3,545.6 hectares, Norteak’s achievements include:
Reforested Area: 2,581.6 hectares.
Protected Area: 964 hectares, including a 120-hectare tropical rainforest reserve.
Certified Carbon Removal: 688.4 hectares certified carbon removal area, 6,357 tCO2e expected carbon removal each year and 190,721 tCO2e removed over 30 years.

Certified for Impact: VERRA and CCB Standards
VERRA Certification: Verra is a non-profit organization operating standards in environmental and social markets, including the Verified Carbon Standard (VCS), the world’s leading carbon crediting program. VCS ensures rigorous quality and transparency, certifying projects that deliver real emission reductions while supporting sustainable development and community benefits.
CCB Standards: The Climate, Community, and Biodiversity (CCB) Standards ensure that land management projects deliver tangible benefits for climate mitigation, local communities, and biodiversity. Managed by Verra, these standards certify projects that integrate sustainable practices, conserve ecosystems, and support social development while addressing climate change.
